Step 1.
- In a large punch bowl, combine 2 cups of absinthe with 4 cups of fresh pineapple juice.
Step 2.
- Add 1 cup of lime juice and 1 cup of simple syrup to the mixture.
Step 3.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 4.
- Just before serving, add 2 cups of soda water to the punch for a refreshing fizz.
Step 5.
- Fill the bowl with ice to chill the punch.
Step 6.
- Garnish with slices of fresh pineapple and mint leaves.
