Instructions

Step 1.
- In a punch bowl, combine 750ml of absinthe with 1 liter of cold water.
Step 2.
- Add 500g of granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
Step 3.
- Squeeze the juice of 4 lemons into the mixture, then add the lemon halves to the bowl.
Step 4.
- Add 1 liter of soda water for a refreshing fizz.
Step 5.
- Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
