Absinthe Sidecar
A unique twist on the classic Sidecar, incorporating the notorious anise flavors of absinthe to add depth and complexity.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 ounces of absinthe, 0.75 ounces of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 ounces of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Dump the ice from the chilled coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
