Amaretto Sbagliato
A twist on the classic Negroni, the Amaretto Sbagliato combines the sweetness of amaretto with the bitter complexity of Campari and the effervescence of sparkling wine.
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour in 1.5 ounces of Amaretto.
- Add 1 ounce of Campari.
- Top with 2 ounces of sparkling wine.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine.
- Garnish with an orange slice.
