Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1.5 oz of amaro and 0.5 oz of coffee liqueur over ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Brew a shot of hot espresso and gently pour it over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the cocktail.
- Garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder and a few coffee beans.
