Step 1.

- Add 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice.
Step 4.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
Step 6.
- Top with 3 ounces of champagne.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
