Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of gin, 0.75 oz of Aperol, and 0.5 oz of honey syrup (mix equal parts honey and hot water until dissolved).
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon (about 0.75 oz).
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
