Aperol Boulevardier
A refreshing twist on the classic Boulevardier, this cocktail blends the herbal bitterness of Aperol with rich whiskey and sweet vermouth, creating a colorful and balanced drink.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz of bourbon, 1 oz of Aperol, and 1 oz of sweet vermouth.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
