Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of Aperol, 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz of raspberry puree.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
