Instructions
- Chill a champagne flute in the freezer or with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of Aperol, 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
- Top with 3 oz of chilled prosecco or other sparkling wine.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
