Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves gently in the bottom of a julep cup to release the oils.
- Add ice to the cup, filling it generously.
- Pour 2 oz of Aperol over the ice.
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup and stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Top off with more crushed ice to create a mound, and garnish with a fresh mint sprig and an orange wheel.
