Aperol Margarita
A refreshing twist on the classic margarita, combining the bitter-sweet flavor of Aperol with the tangy essence of lime and the warmth of tequila.
Instructions
- Rim the edge of a cocktail glass with lime juice and dip it into salt to create a salt rim.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of Aperol, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.
