Aperol Martini
A refreshing twist on the classic martini, blending the bright flavors of Aperol with the smoothness of vodka.
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka and 1 ounce of Aperol.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Dump the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist. Serve immediately.
