A refreshing and vibrant cocktail that combines the bittersweet citrus notes of Aperol with the crispness of white wine and a splash of soda.
History
Originating from Italy, the Aperol spritz became popular in the 20th century as an aperitif, enjoyed for its light, bubbly profile and ease of preparation.
Instructions
Step 1.
- Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
Step 2.
- Pour in 3 parts of white wine.
Step 3.
- Add 2 parts of Aperol.
Step 4.
- Top off with 1 part of soda water.
Step 5.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
Step 6.
- Garnish with an orange slice.

1 slice Orange slice (garnish)
