Instructions

Step 1.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Baijiu, 3/4 oz of Amaro, and 3/4 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Step 2.
- Add 1/2 oz of simple syrup to the shaker for sweetness.
Step 3.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
