Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz of Baijiu, 0.5 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 0.5 oz of maraschino liqueur, and 0.25 oz of crème de violette.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a cherry and a twist of lemon peel.
