Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.

- Add 2 oz of Baijiu, 4 oz of tomato juice, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes of hot sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 3.
- Shake gently to mix the ingredients without breaking up the ice too much.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge.
