Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- In a mixing glass, add 1.5 oz of Baijiu, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 1 oz of Campari.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Express the oils from a twist of orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
