Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass in the freezer or with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Baijiu and 0.5 oz of Green Chartreuse.
Step 3.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 5.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
