Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.

- Add 2 oz of Baijiu to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 oz of guava juice.
Step 4.
- Add 0.5 oz of lime juice for acidity.
Step 5.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 6.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 7.
- Top with soda water for a refreshing finish.
Step 8.
- Garnish with a slice of guava and a sprig of mint.
