Instructions
- Brew 100 ml of jasmine tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a shaker, combine 50 ml of Baijiu and 30 ml of cooled jasmine tea.
- Add 15 ml of honey syrup (1:1 honey and water) to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water to taste and gently stir.
- Garnish with fresh jasmine flowers.
