Instructions
- Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, combine 2 oz Baijiu, 1 oz lychee puree, and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the chilled glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lychee fruit or a mint sprig.
