Instructions
Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of baijiu, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Step 3.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Empty the ice water from the coupe glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Step 5.
