Instructions
- Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Baijiu and 1 oz of dry vermouth.
- Add ice to the mixing glass and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Empty the ice water from the martini glass.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber.
