Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Baijiu and 0.5 oz of Mezcal.
Step 3.
- Add 0.5 oz of fresh lime juice and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 5.
- Discard the ice water from the chilled coupe glass.
Step 6.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
Step 7.
- Garnish with a thin slice of lime.
