Instructions
- In a rocks glass, place a sugar cube.
- Douse the sugar cube with a few dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Muddle the sugar and bitters together until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add 2 ounces of Baijiu to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently for about 30 seconds.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and place it in the glass as garnish.
