Instructions
- Brew 1 cup of Oolong tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a highball glass, add ice to fill the glass halfway.
- Pour 2 ounces of Baijiu over the ice.
- Add 4 ounces of the cooled Oolong tea to the glass.
- Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
- Garnish with a few Oolong tea leaves and a twist of lemon.
