A refreshing twist on the classic Paloma, featuring the complex flavors of Baijiu instead of tequila.

Instructions

- Rim a highball glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into coarse salt.
- In a shaker, combine 2 ounces of Baijiu, 1 ounce of fresh lime juice, and 1/2 ounce of agave syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with 3 ounces of grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim.
