Instructions
Step 1.
- Measure 3/4 oz of Baijiu into a shaker.
Step 2.
- Add 3/4 oz of Aperol to the shaker.
Step 3.
- Pour in 3/4 oz of Amaro (preferably non-herbal).
Step 4.
- Add 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Step 5.
