Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of Baijiu and 1 ounce of ruby Port.
Step 3.
- Add 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
Step 4.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Step 5.
- Remove the ice from the chilled coupe glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Step 6.
- Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release the oils, then gently drop it in as garnish.
