Baijiu & Sherry
A unique fusion cocktail that combines the bold, strong flavors of Baijiu with the smooth, nutty notes of Sherry. This drink showcases the depth and complexity of both spirits, perfect for adventurous palates.
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 ounces of Baijiu and 1 ounce of Fino Sherry.
- Add 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice to balance the flavors.
- Shake well until chilled, then strain into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
