Instructions

Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a shaker filled with ice, combine 2 ounces of baijiu, 1 ounce of orange liqueur, and 3/4 ounce of fresh lemon juice.

- Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
