Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of Baijiu, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of orange bitters.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Dump the ice water from the glass and strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a twisted lemon peel on top.
