Instructions

- In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Baijiu and 1 oz of dry vermouth.
- Fill with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
