A refreshing cocktail combining the bold flavors of Baijiu with the citrusy brightness of Yuzu, perfect for adventurous palates.

Instructions

- Chill a coupé glass by filling it with ice water.
- In a shaker, add 2 oz of Baijiu.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a fresh Yuzu (about 1 oz).
- Add 0.5 oz of simple syrup to balance the flavors.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Empty the ice water from the coupé glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Garnish with a twist of Yuzu peel.

2 oz Baijiu
1 oz Yuzu juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
1 piece Yuzu Peel
