Instructions
- Chill the cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Baileys Irish Cream, 1 oz of crème de menthe, and 1 oz of chocolate liqueur.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and a mint sprig.
