Instructions
- Prepare the shot glasses by rubbing the rim with chocolate syrup and dipping them in graham cracker crumbs to create a crust.
- In a shaker, combine 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream, 0.5 oz chocolate liqueur, and 0.5 oz half-and-half or cream.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glasses.
- If desired, toast marshmallows over an open flame until golden brown, and place one on top of each shot for garnish.
