A refreshing Brazilian cocktail made with fresh pineapple and cachaça, a traditional Brazilian spirit.

Instructions

- Cut the pineapple into chunks and blend until smooth.
- Strain the pineapple juice into a shaker, discarding any pulp.
- Add the cachaça, lime juice, and sugar to the shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.
