- Cut the pineapple into chunks and blend until smooth.

- Strain the pineapple juice into a shaker, discarding any pulp.
Step 3.
- Add the cachaça, lime juice, and sugar to the shaker with ice.
Step 4.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 5.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of mint.
