Step 1.
- Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water.
Step 2.
- In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of bourbon, 1 oz of Amaro, and a few dashes of aromatic bitters.
Step 3.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
