- Chill a champagne flute beforehand if desired.
Step 3.
- Pour 3 ounces of blood orange juice into the flute.
Step 4.
- Carefully top with 3 ounces of chilled sparkling wine, preferably brut.
Step 5.
- Gently stir to mix the ingredients without losing carbonation.
Step 6.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange on the rim.
