A gin twist on the classic Boulevardier, combining the herbal bitterness of vermouth and Campari with the bright, botanical notes of gin.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add 1.5 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce of Campari.
- Stir well until chilled (about 30 seconds).
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
