Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of bourbon, 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick for decoration.
