Step 1.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of bourbon, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, 0.5 ounce of fig syrup, and 1 egg white.
Step 2.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
Step 3.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Step 4.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Step 5.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh fig and a sprig of rosemary.
