A delightful twist on the classic sour, blending the richness of bourbon with the sweet, complex flavors of figs and a touch of citrus.

Instructions

- In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of bourbon, 1 ounce of fresh lemon juice, 0.5 ounce of fig syrup, and 1 egg white.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to froth the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh fig and a sprig of rosemary.
