Instructions
- Muddle fresh mint leaves and pineapple chunks at the bottom of a julep cup.
- Add fresh lime juice and simple syrup over the muddled mixture.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the bourbon over the top.
- Stir gently to combine the flavors while chilling the cocktail.
- Top off with more crushed ice if necessary, and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a sprig of fresh mint.
