Instructions
- Prepare a smoked bourbon by placing bourbon in a glass container and adding a smoldering wood chip for a few minutes to infuse smoke.
- In a julep cup, muddle mint leaves with sugar to release the oils.
- Add the smoked bourbon and fill the cup with crushed ice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture.
- Top off with more crushed ice and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
