Instructions
- Prepare a smoker or a small container with wood chips to create smoke.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the bourbon, sweet vermouth, and bitters.
- Stir until well chilled, approximately 30 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Gently capture smoke in the glass using the smoker or a lid over the glass for a few moments.
- Garnish with a brandied cherry before serving.
