The Bourbon Street Old Fashioned
A classic twist on the Old Fashioned, enhanced with a hint of New Orleans flair.
Instructions
- Place a sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass and soak with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
- Muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add a large ice cube to the glass.
- Pour in 2 ounces of bourbon and stir gently to combine.
- Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and run it around the rim before dropping it in as garnish.
- Add a cherry for an additional touch of flavor.
