Brandy Julep
A refreshing twist on the classic julep, featuring the smooth richness of brandy complemented by fresh mint and a hint of sweetness.
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves gently in the bottom of a julep cup to release their oils.
- Add the brandy and simple syrup to the cup.
- Fill the cup with crushed ice and stir well until the mixture is chilled.
- Top off with more crushed ice to create a mound on top.
- Garnish generously with a sprig of fresh mint.
