A tropical twist on the classic Mai Tai, featuring the rich flavors of brandy blended with fruit juices and a hint of almond.

Instructions

- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add 2 oz of brandy.
- Pour in 1 oz of orange curaçao.
- Add 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice.
- Include 1/2 oz of orgeat syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
- Top with a splash of dark rum.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
