Step 1.
- Fill a shaker with ice.
Step 2.
- Add 2 oz of brandy.
Step 3.
- Pour in 1 oz of orange curaçao.
Step 4.
- Add 3/4 oz of fresh lime juice.
Step 5.
- Include 1/2 oz of orgeat syrup.
Step 6.
- Shake well until chilled.
Step 7.
- Strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
Step 8.
- Top with a splash of dark rum.
Step 9.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a pineapple wedge.
