Brandy Negroni
A sophisticated twist on the classic Negroni, substituting gin with brandy for a richer flavor profile.
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour 1 ounce of brandy, 1 ounce of sweet vermouth, and 1 ounce of Campari over the ice.
- Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
- Express the oils of an orange twist over the drink, then drop it in as a garnish.
